GPX-2500 Mixer & 4 Channel Amplifier

The new Axxent Mixer/Amplifier GPX 2500 was specially developed and designed for applications such as restaurants, pubs, bars, bistros, lounges, sport studios (aerobic) or in amusement and entertainment facilities.
The GPX 2500 is a high quality mixer with integrated independent 4 channel amlifier, each capable of delivering 100 Watts (RMS) into 4 Ohms.The robust steel housing is of compact size with a relatively small depth. Rubber feet ensure a safe placement on surfaces. The units are shipped with ready mounted rack ears, detachable for table mount. The height of 2 U was intentionally selected to provide easy to locate and adjust the control elements. The mixer provides two balanced microphone inputs on the front with switchable phantom power and a stereo input for instruments with 1/4" TRS jacks, adaptable to RCA connectors (adapters included).
Each of the three front inputs provide a 3-band equalizer with level controls. Located on the rear side are two microphone inputs in parallel to the front inputs and 5 stereo AUX inputs. The signal sources are selectable on the front side with a big rotary knob and and have their own level control. Recordings can be made via additional RCA outputs. A 7-band equalizer with sliders on the front allows for a sound fine tuning. For safety reasons this section may be protected by a cover plate. The model GPX 2500 provides a main stereo output and two additional mono zone outputs with their own level controls. Additional axternal amplifiers may also be connected here.
A special highlight of the GPX 2500 is the switchable and adjustable multiband limiter. Without adding sound coloration the limiter allows attenuation of output levels up to 30 dB.
