PT-6000 Chassis, empty 19"

for special audio transformer configurations

The 19" chassis PT6000 allows the insertion of up to 8 toroid audio transformers, depending on transformer size. The chassis is 2 RU high and 19" wide.

Connections of transformers are by standard binding posts. Holes for 16 pairs of binding posts are punched out for the connection of 8 transformers – primary and secondary windings. Deepening and punched out holes on the bottom side allow the mounting of four transformers.

A steel mounting plate delivered with the PT6000 allows the mounting of up to eight transformers. Rear rack ears support the considerable weight of a transformer system in a 19" rack.
